Tugay is a Turkish central midfielder who is currently playing for Blackburn Rovers, he joined them in 2001 from Rangers. He is Turkey's fourth most capped player of all time, with an incredible 94 caps. He is quite old though so he is only a good back up playing for one or two years on FIFA 09.
