Ryan Babel is a Dutch Football player, currently playing his trade for Liverpool. Babel can player on both the right and left wing, but can also be employed as a Striker. Babel started his career at AFC Ajax where he scored 14 goals in 73 games, years between 2004-2007. He has currently played 57 games and scored 7 goals. On 10th July 2007, Liverpool & Ajax secured a £11.5 million deal for Babel. Although Babel has been there and thereabout in the First Team, many people believe that Babel is being neglected by Rafa Benitez and that he deserves more a chance at regular first team football.
