Richard Wright is an English goalkeeper who is currently playing for Ipswich Town, which is his second spell with the club, after rejoining in July 2008. He was a member of the england squad on and off from 2000-2003 but managing just 3 caps. He has also played for Arsenal, West Ham and Everton.
In the 2008-09 season, Wright made 50 appearences, missing one Carling Cup game, in which Shane Supple played. Wright had a terrific year and won player's player of the year and the fans player of the year.
