Noe Pamarot is a French defender who currently plays for Portsmouth. He joined Portsmouth from Tottenham Hotspur in January 2006 for a fee of £7.5 Million deal that included Sean Davis and Pedro Mendes moving to Portsmouth as well. He would probably be a first choice defender for Portsmouth on FIFA 09.
