Italy are a European National team and they have a 5* rating on the FIFA 09 game due to them having some of the better players in the world playing for them. Their most notable players are: Gianluigi Buffon, Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Pirlo, Daniele De Rossi, Antonio Di Natale and Luca Toni. Their preferred formation is a 4-3-2-1 system with Toni being the leading man upfront. With the midfielders all being decent on the ball it's not hard for them to win matches on the game.
