Background

Austria are a European based International team and are rated at 3 and a half stars on the FIFA 09 game. Their most notable players are Emanuel Pogatetz, Paul Scharner and Marc Janko. They aren't the best of international teams but with the right player and the right tactic they can be half decent. Pogatetz is a strong defender and one who can be relied on. Scharner is a powerful midfielder who can win alot of headers in the opposition box and Janko can finish well and is someone who can certainly win a game given one chance.
