Andrea "The Doss" Dossena signed for Liverpool on the 4th July 2008, on a 4 year contract. He was signed as a replacement for John Arne Riise who had jetted of to Rome to play for Italian Giants Roma. Dossena didn't impress the Anfield faithful, many people believed this was another sign of Rafa losing it, however The Doss shot back scoring 2 in 2, against Real Madrid & Manchester United.
