Andre Ooijer came through the Ajax youth system, before moving Volendam on loan for a season and then signed permanently for Roda JC. He then went on to sign for PSV in 1997 and stayed there until 2006 when he signed for Blackburn Rovers. Ooijer has managed to win over 40 caps for Holland and is known for his physical presence in defense. He is an important player for Blackburn Rovers in FIFA 09 because he can play at right-back and centre-back, only problem is his age though.
